Daniel Jama

I started performing music as a percussionist at the age of 9 in the elementary school Concert Band and continued to perform as a percussionist up though high school. I participated in a variety of percussion and music ensembles while starting my career in Sound Design by designing and running sound for 6 high school theater productions.

Taught and advised by Chuck Hatcher; I graduated from The University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music in December 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Design and Production with an Emphasis in Sound Design. I graduated a full semester early while maintaining a Dean's List grade point average during majority of my time enrolled.

 

I am currently focused on working for Abt Electronics, a retail store located in Glenview, Illinois specializing in custom audio/video install work in the Chicagoland area. I manage projects implementing custom solutions for audio reinforcement, projection, and control system integration exclusively in commercial environments.
